We offer two rooms of approximately 18 m², both located at the rear of the property, each with two windows overlooking the Tadamasingel. 

The rooms are part of a recently renovated house that is fully equipped with modern amenities.

Available rooms:
Room 1: € 735.00 per month (with private door to roof terrace) *
Room 2: € 715.00 per month*

(*) including utilities, excl. service charges (€ 25.00)

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with one other housemate.

We are looking for two (working) students who are seeking a room in the center of Zutphen for a maximum period of two years.
