About the place

Hi, does anyone need a warm and cozy place for the winter?
I will be abroad for three months (mid-December, January, February, mid-March) and I would like to rent my space.
You will have an independent kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom shared with two other people. There is a washing machine and a room to dry clothes. The rent is 500 euros per month.
The house is located in the Zuidwijken (De Moesmate) and the kitchen window overlooks the main canal that crosses the neighborhood.
