Room for Rent in a Newly Renovated House in Zoetermeer.

A fully furnished room is available in a spacious terraced house of approximately 160 m² in Zoetermeer. The house has been completely renovated, and all facilities, furniture and appliances are new and fully equipped.

The room is approximately 10 m² and is furnished with air conditioning, a wardrobe, desk, chair and a bed (80 × 190 cm).

I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible and considerate tenant, preferably a student or young professional. Good command of English is required, as English will be the main language of communication in the house.

The tenant must be a non-smoker (IQOS is acceptable), have no pets, keep both the room and shared areas clean and tidy, and treat the house, furniture and facilities with care. No parties, drugs/marijuana or excessive noise are allowed. The room is for one person only. Visitors are only allowed with prior agreement, and overnight guests are not permitted.
A peaceful, clean and respectful living environment is important in the house. Good communication and considerate living habits are therefore expected.
Registration at the address may be possible, subject to the applicable municipal and rental conditions.
