Perfect for short stay or internship.

Please note: monthly rent includes water, electricity, cleaning every 3/4 weeks, internet, television, and use of the washing machine during off-peak hours, but excludes gas consumption and heating due to the high costs involved. You save a huge amount monthly because you settle accounts with the landlady on a monthly basis and are also motivated to be economical with gas and heating. In the summer, this will be a few euros per month; in the winter, at worst, €80.00. Every month, the tenant receives an overview of consumption from the landlady, compiled in PDF format from the energy company.
The rooms are situated in a quiet, green residential area near the tram stations of HTM lines 3 and 4, between two shopping centers with three supermarkets and a cozy neighborhood café. Guests are allowed, but only after prior consultation. There is also space for a car, bicycle, or small scooter. In the summer, you may use the sun terrace on the ground floor.
