The location is ideal for students and PhD candidates: a 20-minute travel time to De Uithof and approximately 30 minutes to Utrecht city center, both by public transport and bicycle.

The room has a private kitchen with a refrigerator. The shower and toilet are shared with three neat maintained housemates. There is also a shared washer and dryer, as well as simultaneous internet access.
The room is furnished with laminate flooring and curtains.

Rental conditions:
- Available for one person only (student/PhD).
- Rent: €497 per month including utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet).
- Deposit: €994
- A parental guarantee is preferred.
