Starting January 1, 2026, a well-maintained attic room will be available on Steynlaan, located in the heart of Zeist. The location is ideal for students and PhD candidates: a 20-minute travel time to De Uithof and approximately 30 minutes to Utrecht city center, both by public transport and bicycle.

The room has a private kitchen with a refrigerator. The shower and toilet are shared with three well-maintained housemates. There is also a shared washing machine and dryer, as well as internet.
The room is furnished with carpeting and curtains.

Rental conditions:
- Available for one person only (student/PhD).
- Rent: €555 per month including utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet).
- Deposit: €1110
- A parental guarantee is preferred.
