About the place

I am looking for someone who:
•	Is clean, quiet, and responsible.
•	Is a student or working professional who spends 40 hours a week at the office, internship, or university.
•	Enjoys chatting in the hallway but also respects each other's privacy.
Living situation:
•	You will share the bathroom and kitchen with me. I am 32 years old and studied at Wageningen University. In my free time, I do calisthenics, kickboxing, gaming, and mountain biking.
•	Small note: The downstairs neighbor occasionally smokes on his balcony. With an open window, this can be noticeable.
Location & amenities:
•	Supermarket: Albert Heijn is just a 1-minute walk away.
•	Public transport: 7 minutes by bike to Driebergen-Zeist station, with an 8-minute train ride to Utrecht Central.
30 minutes with bike to Utrecht Science Park.
Rental details:
•	Service cost: 150 euro per month.
•	A deposit of 1 month's rent is required.
