Mooiekamerszeist.nl offers a variety of rooms, ranging from comfortable standard rooms to rooms with additional luxury and shared facilities such as a communal garden.

The Vlieland Room

The beautiful Vlieland Room is located at the front of the house on the second floor.

The room offers all the comfort you need and features brand-new laminate flooring, blinds and additional sun-blocking curtains.

From the entrance, the staircase takes you directly to your comfortable room on the second floor. The spacious room is located at the front of the property and includes high-speed fibre-optic internet.

Shared facilities

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, combination microwave, coffee machine, kettle, XXL American-style fridge/freezer and induction hob.

Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils are also provided.

Bathroom – conveniently located next to the room
The bathroom on the second floor features a modern walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor for residents and their guests.

Laundry room
The property has two modern washing machines and dryers, as well as ironing facilities. This means that as a resident, all you need to do is furnish your own room.

Cleaning service
The hallways and shared areas are professionally cleaned every week. This cleaning service is included in the price.

Communal garden
The house features a spacious communal garden with plenty of seating, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. The garden is accessible through the kitchen.

Parking & accessibility

There is plenty of free parking available directly in front of the property.

The De Klomp shopping centre is less than 2 minutes away by bicycle or approximately 5 minutes on foot and offers various shops and supermarkets.

The nearest bus stop is less than a 2-minute walk away. Utrecht city centre can be reached within approximately 10 minutes.

Registration

You can officially register at this address with the Municipality of Zeist.

This is a licensed room, already registered and approved for room rental by the Municipality.

Please note that you are not eligible for housing allowance, as this concerns room rental with shared facilities.

Residents’ meetings

Residents can make use of our meeting location free of charge once every quarter to discuss matters with fellow residents and help maintain a pleasant living environment. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Application requirements

To qualify for a viewing of one of our rooms, the following conditions apply:

Upon accepting the room: 1 month’s rent as a security deposit.
At the start of the rental period: 1 month’s rent in advance.
Rental price

Rent: €570 per month
Service costs: €225 per month
Total: €795 ALL-IN per month
