Room is fully furnished. There is a cooking facility (induction plates for 2 pans) + mini-fridge. Cooking facility to be shared with one other female tenant only.
Bathroom/shower (with washing machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants. All three study at the University of Utrecht and partly they also have jobs.) Because the three tenants in the house are all women, they prefer a lady for this room. So unfortunately male students will have to look elsewhere, sorry. The house is located in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet green, leafy neighborhood with many trees and large gardens. Jumbo Supermarket at 7 minutes walking distance. Bus stop for connection to Utrecht is also at 7 min. walking distance. 

Don't hesitate to make an appointment for a viewing. You will love this small, but cozy room!
PS. There is also a ladies bike available for Euro 5,00 rent per month.
