About the place

Period: From 1st July 2026 until 1st Juli  2027, possibly longer.
On 1st floor of spacious semi-detached villa, type two semi-detached houses, 30's house, in a quiet area, leafy avenue. 
Room is approximately 3.50 x 3.80 m. with view to the quiet green back yard garden
Lots of closet space. Central heating, self-adjustable. 
Bathroom with bath and shower is shared with 3 other tenants and me, house owner. 
Separate toilet on same floor, also shared with 3 other tenants, not shared with me, because as house owner I have my own toilet downstairs. Toilet has to be cleaned by the 4 tenants, taking turns every week.
You have a cooking facility shared with one other female tenant , consisting of a small kitchenette unit with sink, kitchen cabinets, and two ceramic hotplates. Refrigerator is in your room. 
In the bathroom there is also a laundry machine for shared use.
In front of the house there is (free) parking space. In the garden you can park a bike. 
The room will be rented fully furnished.  Kitchenette contains cutlery, plates, cups, pans and everything else you need for cooking. There is no microwave (because I am against this way of heating food) but you can bring your own or alternatively bring your own small electric oven.
Distance to Science Park University of Utrecht is appr. 25 minutes by bicycle.
There is a fast bus connection with Utrecht (# 73). From the busstop, which is 5 minutes walking from my house, with bus nr. 73 you are at Utrecht Central Station in 30 minutes. (The bus has a fast, separate lane most of the way.)
Distance to supermarket (Jumbo) and shopping center appr. 5 minutes by bike.
For whom? 
For a quiet, non-smoking female student or working (young) lady who appreciates privacy and peace. It does not matter what time you get home at night, as long as you take into account the night's rest of the fellow residents . No pets please and definitely NO SMOKING (also no smoking in the garden!), no drugs, no vaping.
The reason that the room is available for a female tenant and not for a male tenant is because the other tenants are also ladies. They prefer it this way, and I want to respect that. So gentlemen: unfortunately not for you this time, so do not respond.
