Room will be available from 1st of May 2026. Room is fully furnished. There is a cooking facility (induction plates for 2 pans) + mini-fridge and the bathroom/shower (with washing machine) is shared with 3 other female tenants. All three study at the University of Utrecht and partly they also have jobs.) Because the three tenants in the house are all women, they prefer a lady for this room. So unfortunately male students will have to look elsewhere, sorry. The house is located in Zeist near Utrecht, in a quiet green, leafy neighborhood with many trees and large gardens. Jumbo Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Bus stop for connection to Utrecht is also at 5 min. walking distance. Rent per month is € 595.00 per month, . 

It is possible to rent the room including the use of a bicycle. In that case the rent is Euro 595,00 per month. Don't hesitate to make an appointment for a viewing. You will love this small, but cozy room!
PS. There is also a ladies bike available for Euro 5,00 per month.
