About the place

Hello! We (Cathelijne, Karlijn, Lotte, and Sanne) are looking for a fifth housemate aged between 22 and 26 who enjoys game nights, a cozy atmosphere, and is also focused on her studies. We like to cook and eat together as much as possible. We also have a cleaning schedule.

Cathelijne is 22 and is doing a premaster’s in Orthopedagogy in Nijmegen.

Karlijn is 24 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Behavioral Biology.

Lotte is 22 and is doing her Master’s in Child and Adolescent Psychology.

Sanne is 25 and studied Economics; she is currently doing an internship in Amsterdam.


Practical information

The room is 14 square meters and the rent is €550 per month, excluding €80 in service costs. The room is available from May 1, 2026, with a contract lasting ultimately until December 2027.


The house has a shared kitchen, utility room, living room, and bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. We also have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is a front yard and a backyard, as well as a garage for your bike.


The room is located in Zeist. It’s a 20-minute bike ride to De Uithof and a 2-minute ride to a shopping center with an AH, Aldi, and Dekamarkt. Bus 74 takes just under half an hour to reach Utrecht Central Station, and the bus stop is right outside the house.
