I’m looking for a couple to rent a fully furnished bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment in Zaandam. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Zaandam Station, with direct trains to Amsterdam Central in only 10 minutes.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. My name is Sara, I’m 24 years old, originally from Italy, and I work full-time as a restaurant manager.

* 2-bedroom apartment

* Spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen

* Storage room with a washing machine

* Fully furnished, including the bedroom

💰 Rent & Costs:

* €1585/month, all bills included (municipal taxes excluded)

* €2,200 security deposit

* Move-in available between 15 August and 1 September (flexible)

👥 Requirements:

* Registration is available for one person only.

* The person registering must provide recent payslips showing a gross monthly income of approximately €3,800.
