About the place

Furnished 12 m² bedroom available in a shared apartment right next to Wormerveer train station. Just 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam, with a 25-minute door-to-door commute to Amsterdam Centraal. 

The apartment is 70 m² in total, with a shared bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. You will be sharing the space with one female housemate (me). 
Rent includes water, internet, and address registration. Electricity and local taxes will be split 50/50. 

I have two pet cockatiels at home, so experience with birds is a big plus!
