Comfortable Room with Double Bed and Beautiful River Views – Available from 1 November!

A comfortable room will be available from 1 November on a spacious and welcoming houseboat. Enjoy beautiful views of the River Zaan, plenty of freedom and the unique experience of living on the water.

The room is approximately 9 m² and features a double bed and ample storage space for clothes and personal belongings. Please note that there is no additional space for storing furniture or other large items.

The entire houseboat has central heating, keeping it comfortable throughout the winter.

Shared Facilities

- Outdoor terrace: A table and chairs on the deck provide a lovely place to relax outside and enjoy the river views.
- Bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet.
- Open-plan kitchen: Includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table, coffee machine and espresso machine.

Smoking is not permitted indoors, but there is plenty of space to smoke outside on the deck.

Everyone is expected to keep their own room and the shared areas clean and tidy. You can participate in the shared cleaning routine or opt out by paying a cleaning contribution.

Location and Additional Benefits

- Wormerveer railway station and various shops within walking distance.
- Registering a bank account and receiving mail at this address is no problem.
- A bicycle can be rented for a small fee.

Minimum stay: 2 months. Longer stays are possible by mutual agreement.
