About the place

A pleasant room is available immediately on a spacious houseboat in Wormer, offering a beautiful view of the Zaan river and a great sense of freedom. There is ample storage space for clothes and other personal items.
The total area is approximately 9 m². There is no space available for storing furniture or similar large items.
The entire vessel is equipped with central heating.
Shared areas:
Terrace: There is a table and chairs on the deck where you can enjoy outdoor living and the boating lifestyle along the Zaan.
Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, and toilet. Open-plan kitchen: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dining table, coffee machine, and espresso machine. Smoking indoors is not permitted; however, there is plenty of space to smoke on the deck.
Keeping your own room and the shared areas clean and tidy is very important. If you do not wish to participate in the cleaning rota, you can opt to pay a fee instead.
Parking: Free street parking is available.
Wormerveer train station and various shops are within walking distance.
Opening a bank account and receiving mail are no problem.
