About the place

We are offering a bright and spacious 18 m² room for rent in a well-maintained family home.

The room includes:
	•	A private shower
	•	Sufficient space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe
	•	Natural daylight

The kitchen and toilet are shared with the household.

We are a small family consisting of a mother and two children (aged 7 and 9). We are therefore looking for a student who appreciates a respectful, quiet, and tidy living environment.
