About the place

We’re looking for a tidy, reliable and friendly housemate to join us in our home in Wijk aan Zee, preferably from November!

 Who are we?

You’ll be sharing the house with two guys who are both actors and also have regular jobs. We each have our own lives, but we also enjoy having dinner together occasionally, chatting or catching up.

We’re pretty laid-back, neither of us smokes, and we like to keep the house clean and tidy. We both have girlfriends who occasionally stay over.

 The house

You’ll have your own bedroom and share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden with us. It’s a lovely house in a great location, just 200 metres from the beach in Wijk aan Zee. Perfect for getting some fresh sea air after a long day!

Parking is free, and Amsterdam is easy to reach.

 Practical information

- Rent (excluding utilities): €750 per month
- Gas, water and electricity: €107 per month
- **Total monthly costs: €857**
- Security deposit: €1,125 (preferably paid upfront, but a payment arrangement can be discussed)
- Available: preferably from November 2026
- Rental period: until 1 July 2027 at the latest

Who are we looking for?

Above all, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and reliable. Someone who is considerate of others, takes responsibility and enjoys living in a peaceful, well-kept home.

We speak Dutch ourselves, but English-speaking housemates are very welcome too! We’re also looking for someone with a stable income who can comfortably afford the monthly rent.

There’s no expectation to spend all your time together. We actually like that everyone has their own life, but it’s always nice to hang out together every now and then.
