About the place

A beautiful spacious room in a detached house near the center and station (both 5 minutes by bike) with your own spacious roof terrace (25m2!) and bathroom with shower and sink.
You will live with a Friendly woman (42) and 2 young children. (4 & 7) Important you get along even we live our own lifes, Privacy matters. Preference when you want to place a kitchenette on the room. 
Term to start with 3 months,  to see how it goes for both, but extension could possibly be optional. 

My idea of offering this room is that you are also would be fine for 3 times a month, to keep an eye /ear on the kids in the evening (so no active babysitting, but combining when you are at home and they are sleeping already) 

Room is equipped with a sofa bed, closet and curtains / blinds.
