SHARED HOUSING ARRANGEMENT VIA HOUSING ASSOCIATION TALIS (LANDLORD)

I am looking for a housemate to share a home with, starting soon. Does the idea of having your own private space while also creating a relaxed, comfortable home together appeal to you? If so, I’d love to meet you!

The Home
- A cozy corner house in the Homberg neighborhood of Wijchen.
- You will have your own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. We share the living room, kitchen, attic, and garden.
- Within walking distance: 15 minutes to the town center, 5 minutes to the supermarket.
- Base rent: €541 per month.
- Additional costs: We share the expenses for energy, water, and internet.
- Rental agreement: Each person has an individual rental agreement directly with Talis (see the link below).
- Items for takeover: There are various items available for purchase (optional). Additionally, some kitchen appliances were purchased jointly. 
The common areas are currently partly furnished by the remaining housemate; some items may also be available for takeover from the departing housemate. The condition of the bedroom/bathroom (what stays or goes) can be discussed, since there is some furnuture available for takeover. You can coordinate the details regarding any takeovers directly with the housemate who is moving out.

Who am I looking for?
I am looking for a working woman between the ages of 25 and 35, with no pets. Like me, you should value keeping the shared spaces neat and clean, and be willing to take shared responsibility for maintaining them.

The Atmosphere
It is important to me that we are both able to lead our own lives while respecting each other’s privacy. At the same time, I enjoy the occasional spontaneous chat! We don’t have to do everything together, but I do value an open atmosphere.
I also like to establish some ground rules for our daily life together, so that we know what to expect from one another and both feel at home.
