Free parking and 6 minutes from Nijmegen city. Good bus connexion to the university  
There is also a  washing machine  and big roof terrace which you can use. 
There is not much contact between the room mates you only share a toilet and shower.

The room needs to be rented from 20th of march 
it is also possible for 1 month or longer ofcouse. I am very flexible
