About the place

A 22 m² room is available on the second floor of a shared house in the centre of Weesp. The room is quiet, has blackout curtains and includes a closet.

The location is ideal: the train station is a 2-minute cycle away, the supermarket is a 5-minute walk, and the weekly market and shops are nearby.

You’ll share the house with three other residents. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared. The toilet and bathroom are separate rooms.

The ground floor of this historic building has a cultural use. If you’d like to volunteer there, you may be eligible for a rent discount.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate of their housemates, keeps shared spaces tidy and is happy to help with cleaning the house.
