The apartment is situated in a prime location right in the city center, with all daily amenities within easy reach. The supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away and Weert train station can be reached within 8 minutes on foot. From Weert, Eindhoven is only about 12 minutes away by train, making this an ideal location for both students and working professionals.

The apartment is spacious (approximately 125 m²) and features a large, bright living room with an open kitchen, a modern bathroom with both a bathtub and walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a sunny rooftop terrace. The available room is approximately 12.7 m² and is rented out upholstered (unfurnished), allowing you to furnish and decorate it to your own taste. The apartment and all shared spaces are fully furnished and finished to a high standard.

You will share the apartment with a calm, tidy, working housemate. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is social, clean, and easygoing. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
