Looking for flat mate to share large 80m apartment in Wassenaar. Safe and quiet area, yet shops, restaurants and Wassenaar city centre nearby. Easy commute to Leiden (20 min to Leiden CS by bus, 23 min by bike), Den Haag (30 min to CS by bus, 40 min by bike), beach (20 min by bike)

Apartment comes with everything you may need: furniture, towels & bed linnens, fully equiped kitchen, washing maching and dryer etc. Also included in the rental price: cable tv and wifi. Small terrace with outdoor seating. Private basement room for (bike) storage.  Rental contract will be for 2 years. Rental price 1950 + advance of 150 for utilities to be shared so price for 1 person will be 975 rent + 75 utilities.. Utilities will be settled once a year with the actual usage according to the meter. Rent is shared with female foreign student. Please note municipality taxes for sewage and waste removal are not included! (about 1200 annually to be shared so 600 pp)
