About the place

Dear prospective housemate,

Starting May 1st, I (Tanweer, 28, PhD student) am looking for a new housemate (m/f).
The apartment is located just 5 minutes by bike from the campus and 10 minutes from the city centre. The room is spacious and furnished. There is a large living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony.

It’s a very relaxed apartment with plenty of space to do your own thing. Playing a game together, cooking, or watching a movie once in a while is fun, but of course it’s completely fine if you prefer to keep to yourself.

I regularly make music on different instruments, but I will always be mindful of the noise if it ever bothers you.

Since I’m past my undergraduate student days, I prefer someone who is a bit further along in their studies or career, ideally between 25 and 35 years old (e.g., MSc, PhD, Postdoc).

I also have many plants and several terrariums with insects and reptiles, so if you’re not afraid of those, that’s definitely a plus :)

The room is available until the end of January 2027.
