About the place

In this spacious, recently renovated flat, a beautiful room will become available for one person (non-student) in April. The room has PVC flooring, curtains, a very large wardrobe and a double bed. 
The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave and crockery. The living and dining room is also comfortably furnished, including a large desk and chair for those who work from home. 
The two current residents are in their thirties, European, and both work. They value peace and privacy, and a clean, tidy house, but also enjoy eating together from time to time. 
The desired rental period is at least for one year.
