Hi future housemate!

From April onwards, my room will be temporarily available in the Plantsoenhuis, located in the city center. The room is 19.5 m², fully furnished (including an aquarium), and the rent is €606.50 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and general cleaning.

The end date is flexible: I will briefly return in July, but I won’t need the room again until September 1st. This means the rental period is open for discussion.

You’ll be living in a mixed student house with 14 housemates. While people occasionally eat together or spend time together, everyone has their own routine, and overall it’s a relatively calm house where you can easily have your own space.

The location is ideal: less than a 10-minute bike ride to the university, with all amenities within walking distance.
