About the place

Room available for subletting between late August and early January (exact dates can still be discussed). It is a small apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center and the Rhine. It is about a 15-minute bike ride to campus.

The apartment is shared with two other housemates (one of whom is also going on exchange, so two people could potentially sublet together). The kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, storage area, and living room are all shared spaces. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided. There is also a shared, covered bike storage area in the building. The room is private and comes furnished (with a wardrobe, desk, bed, and mattress). The room has access to a small shared balcony where you can sit outside.

We are a tidy and independent household, but we also enjoy sharing meals, baking, or playing games together. The spacious living room is frequently used for game nights or dinners. The neighbourhood is quiet and very green, with plenty of space for activities like picnicking or sports.
