Spacious furnished room for rent in central Wageningen

A spacious, furnished room of approximately 15 m² is available immediately for a fixed period in my apartment in Wageningen. The room has recently been completely repainted and has direct access to one of the balconies. The room is already furnished and, if preferred, I can also provide a large desk, making it suitable for studying or working from home.

The rent is €650 per month, including utilities.

The apartment itself is spacious and includes a shared living room, a new kitchen with all necessary appliances and a comfortable bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The apartment has two balconies in total, one of which can be accessed directly from the room and is also connected to the kitchen.

The location is very central. It is only about a 2-minute walk to the Markt, around 10 minutes by bike to the WUR campus, and less than a minute away from the dike, from where you can walk straight into the floodplains. So you are close to both the city centre and nature.

The apartment is located on the third floor.

I am the other resident and therefore your only housemate. I am 26 years old and currently in my second year of Environmental Sciences at Wageningen University. In my free time, I really enjoy cooking, especially cooking nice meals for other people. I also enjoy walking and playing hockey. I like having a relaxed and social atmosphere at home, for example occasionally eating or having a drink together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, relaxed and would enjoy temporarily living in a comfortable and central apartment in Wageningen. International students and young professionals are very welcome.
