About the place

This is a neat, furnished student room of 13 m², located in a quiet and clean hallway with 17 other students, consisting of Dutch and international students. There are shared facilities, such as 4 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with enough amenities for cooking, and separate men's and women's toilets. In the kitchen, you have a small cupboard at your disposal and share a spacious freezer drawer with two other housemates. Cleaning is done weekly by you and your housemates. You are responsible for a cleaning task twice a month. In the room, you have at your disposal: a single bed measuring 200 cm x 80 cm with a comfortable mattress, a spacious desk with a comfortable desk chair, a large wardrobe, a refrigerator (without a freezer compartment), a folding table for two with chairs, a coat rack, and a shoe rack.
