About the place

Hi roomhunters,
I'm looking to sublet my room from july up to and including december with a high chance of extension or taking over the room eventually. 
The room is part of House De Ondergang at duivendaal, located next to the city centre and a 1 minute walk to the supermarket. The house is mixed, with 20 housemates and a large, shared kitchen.  Though, currently the house is rather quiet due to housemates moving and switching rooms. However, there are still enough people to do activities or have dinner together with. 
The room is 16m2, furnished and comes with its own fridge/freezer, so you dont have to share that with anybody else. The room costs 502 per month, including everything. If you're interested, send me a message with a short introduction of yourself.
