About the place

For rent: a bright, furnished room on the second floor of a quiet house in Wageningen.
I occasionally rent out a room to a kind, quiet female tenant (30+), such as a PhD candidate, guest researcher, or someone who simply needs a pleasant place to stay.
The room is bright, tidy, and located on the top floor of my home. You will have your own cooking facility (small) and a shared bathroom..

I value a pleasant and respectful atmosphere, and therefore I prefer to select the tenant myself. No intermediary platforms or intake fees - just direct contact. 
The room is available temporarily, in principle for 3 months, but this is flexible. 
The room is available from 1-7-2026 onwards.
