Im excited to offer a totally 25 sqm room in our  house located in Vught nearby the city  ‘s-Hertogenbosch (8km) and Eindhoven (30km) Perfect for students or interns or working people. Our currents renters are all quit clean nice international / Dutch students/working people, male and female so we're looking for a responsible, friendly, and non-smoking housemate to join us.

Available from March 1, 2026

Together the rent is :€900,- per month (including gas water electricity and internet) 
We only rent them out to one person.

About the Room


The room, is the attic

- Furnished with furniture; big boxspring bed,  with duvet , pillow and covers included a big wooden closet, curtains, smoke detector mood lighting, accessories and lot off storage options !

Included is the front attic

- wide working desk with a nice view to the back garden, curtains, smoke detector , fire extinguisher,moodlighting and accessories and also a lot off storage options! 



The whole house is in a very good condition 

About the House:
- Shared 3 other persons
- We maintain a tidy, respectful, and friendly atmosphere, non smoking
- No parties or excessive noise – we cherish a peaceful environment

About You:
- Non-smoker (non-negotiable, please don't apply if you smoke)
- Clean, responsible, organized, and honest
- Ideally a student or intern, but a working professional is also welcome

The rental period will be for a minimum of one year, and maximum 4 years. And will be available 1 march 2026
