About the place

Me and my girlfriend will be traveling abroad frequently (80% of the time) until the summer of 2026, and we are offering a room in our home.

The home is suitable for one person (registration possible via a hospita contract) until August at the latest, when we expect to return to the Netherlands more permanently.

The room consists of a bed, a table with chairs, a built-in wardrobe, and a bookcase.

The tenant has access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, garden, and bicycle storage.

The home is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of Laan van NOI station.

The rent is relatively low considering the space and the largely private use of the house because this is a temporary stay and minor garden maintenance is expected of the tenant when the landlord is away.

The ideal tenant is independent, quiet, tidy, and looking for temporary housing. There is no possibility of extending the contract.
