About the place

Looking for a neat, hygienic and sociable roommate to rent two rooms in an apartment. I live there myself as well. You will have access to two unfurnished rooms of approx. 7 m² each, for example as a bedroom and a workspace.

The apartment also has a spacious, bright living room with dining table and seating area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet, storage space and a balcony. All of this is shared with me.

The apartment is located right next to Laan van NOI station and a small shopping centre is also nearby, making grocery runs easy.

I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, so I am looking for someone who feels the same way.
