We're looking for a friendly, respectful tenant for a lovely room or all house in our home in Volendam(25/30 mins by direct bus to Amsterdam Central)

 We are offering a 6-month or 1-year rental contract, depending on what works best for both parties.

Free parking nearby
Walking distance to the harbour, supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants

Registration

✅ Municipal registration is possible with a rental contract.

Rental Terms
Security deposit: 2 months' rent
We're looking for a clean, respectful and responsible tenant who will treat the home with care.
The house  is occasionally used by our family, so we're looking for someone who appreciates a quiet, well-kept home and respects the shared space.
Students are  welcome.As a mum, I know how important it is to have a safe and comfortable place to live while studying. Our daughter studies at the University of Amsterdam, so we're very familiar with student life and would be happy to welcome a respectful student.
One cat may be considered upon discussion.
