About the place

Available for rent as of October 1, 2026. Spacious room on the second floor of the house. Furniture is not included. You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other residents. The shared house has a bike storage area, a garden, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two toilets. The house has an A+++ energy rating.
Smoking inside the house and the use of any form of drugs are prohibited. We are only looking for serious, quiet, and employed individuals.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a 13-minute bike ride from the train station; the supermarket is a 4-minute bike ride away. Parking is available in the neighborhood without a permit.


Viewings are already possible, but you must first submit the following documents:
- ID
- Pay stubs (last 3 months)
- Employment contract
- Reason for renting (if possible, a landlord’s statement)
