About the place

In total there are 9 rooms, spread over 3 floors, in the house. This room is located on the middle floor. The room has a bed that is mounted above the door. In this way you keep the entire floor space to use in another way. As show on the pictures, now there is a bed on the floor. The mattress is new and you can buy it for €50. You can also bring your own mattress.
The floor has its own kitchen, toilet and shower. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and refrigerator.  The geyser visible in the photo has been replaced by a central heating boiler. you want to place your own refrigerator in the room, this is possible for an additional charge of € 5 for a refrigerator and € 10 for a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
You have access to a garden. This is shared with the other residents of the house.
There is a washing machine on the down floor.

We only rent to male (working) students. You must be able to show us proof of registration (that you are a student). You are required to register with the municipality of Venlo.
