In a quiet and pleasant living environment in the center of Velp North, we offer a neat, furnished room for a student. The house is shared with only one other student, which ensures a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

The room is spacious and has a view of the garden. Additionally, the room has its own sink in a built-in cupboard. The tenant can use a bright shared living room, a separate dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

Furthermore, there is a sunny south-facing garden, ideal for relaxing or studying outside.

The service costs are €154 per month and include gas, water, electricity, furniture, appliances, taxes, and garden maintenance.

We are looking for a serious and tidy student. A deposit is required.
