About the place

I have a sleeping room (3x4m) to let in my apartment for 1 year. A very big living room, separate toilet, a bathroom and a small kitchen will be shared, such as the corridor. You can also use the basement to keep your bike safe. Free parking. There is a bus stop in front of the complex, the train station is 2 min. walking.
There is a Polish student at HAN University with whom you will share in the apartment.

The apartment is situated at Den Heuvel in Velp. It’s a very nice, clean and safe environment, on the 5th floor, excellent view at both sides, 2 lifts. Excellent location, all shops and amenities are just couple of minutes walking. HAN university and Arnhem Presikhaaf are 5 min. by bike. The whole complex is very well maintained and  has a “huismeester”.

My requirements are: no smoking, no pets, no parties/keep quite between 22 and 8, keep clean.
The rent is: 500 euro. Plus 60 euro service fee (cleaning of the corridors, maintaining the lifts, etc.) + 60 euro for utilities (gas, water, electricity). Total costs: 620 euro. 2 months deposit (2x500 euro).
