About the place

I have 2 rooms to let in my apartment for 1 year. One is a sleeping room, 15 m2. The other one is a big living room, 30 m2. Both are very bright and sunny. They are not furnished, you can furnish them to your own taste. A separate toilet, a bathroom and a small kitchen will be shared, such as the corridor. You can also use the basement to keep your bike safe. Free parking. There is a bus stop in front of the complex, the train station is 2 min. walking.
Being the owner of the apartment (80m2) I have another sleeping room for myself.
It would very convenient for 2 people that are good friends, get along well and like spending time together. I myself am often away on business trips abroad, will be away for long periods so most of the time you will be living just the two of you.
I am a man so I presume it will be most appropriate for 2 other men.

The apartment is situated at Den Heuvel in Velp. It’s a very nice, clean and safe environment, on the 5th floor, excellent view at both sides, 2 lifts. Excellent location, all shops and amenities are just couple of minutes walking. HAN university and Arnhem Presikhaaf are 5 min. by bike. The whole complex is very well maintained and  has a “huismeester”.

My requirements are: no smoking, no pets, no parties/keep quite between 22 and 8, keep clean.
The rent is: 550 euro for the sleeping room (15 m2) and 660 euro for the living room(30m2). Plus 60 euro service fee (cleaning of the corridors, maintaining the lifts, etc.) + 70 euro for utilities (gas, water, electricity). Total costs: 680 euro for the sleeping room (15 m2) and 790 euro for the living room (30m2). 2 months deposit.
