About the place

I come from Taiwan, live with my wife and two little children, and would like to rent a room to the person who requires the living space. 
To avoid cooking fumes spreading throughout the house, I kindly request that only boiling or very light cooking be done in the kitchen.
We are a non-social and calm family.
Prohibit smoking. No smoker!
