Temporary room with balcony for rent in Leidsche Rijn.

This summer, my room will be temporarily available while I’m traveling in South America

The room is 20 m² with a balcony, located in a bright and spacious 80 m² apartment. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: a double bed, plenty of storage space, and a desk setup with monitor and office chair,perfect for working from home.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one housemate (male, 29, working). The atmosphere at home is relaxed: everyone does their own thing, but there’s always room for a friendly chat 

The apartment is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Utrecht Terwijde station.

Who are we looking for?
A quiet, working person who keeps things tidy and enjoys a calm living environment.

The room is available temporarily over the summer, with a possible extension after August 1st.
