About the place

This  apartment is very quiet and spacious. The whole studio is fully furnished. 

We are looking for a clean and tidy tenant who doesn't make a lot of noise for the neighbors. 

The toilet, washing machine and dry cleaner are the only facilities that are used by two other tenants. 
The shower is small, practical and for private use. 

The room is available per direct, rental period can be discussed.
