About the place

Dear room seeker,

As of January 1st, a room will become available in our house, and we are looking for a new, quiet, and working tenant who fits well within our current household. The house is inhabited by calm professionals who each lead their own lives. Treating your housemates and landlord with respect is therefore essential.

We value a clean and orderly home. We use a household schedule and expect you to follow it. If this doesn’t suit you, then our house is likely not the right match.

We are also looking for someone who always pays the rent on time and without any issues, and who is considerate when it comes to noise. We place great importance on a peaceful living environment, both for our housemates and our neighbors. Noise disturbance is not desired.

The property is located in the heart of Utrecht’s city center, with all amenities within walking distance. Please keep in mind that parking in this area is nearly impossible. Loading and unloading, for example when moving, is of course possible in front of the house.

There is no outdoor space, pets are not allowed, and the room will be delivered unfurnished. Aside from the household schedule, there are no shared obligations. Everyone keeps to themselves, which makes the house exceptionally quiet and calm. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is past the party phase and has their life in order.

The rent is approximately €600 including, and the deposit is €600. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. We prefer someone who intends to stay for at least one year, as we appreciate stability in the house.
