About the place

We (Timen & Nilo) are looking for two new roommates for our house in Lombok!
It concerns a campus contract for 1 year, so you must be a student (preferably in Utrecht). The rent is €600 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. The rooms are approximately 14 m² and unfurnished (room 1 will be emptied).
About the house:
Located in Lombok (±10 minutes by bike to the city center / Utrecht Central Station)
Two balconies
Supermarkets and bus stops within walking distance
Shared kitchen and bathroom
No living room, but we usually find a spot to eat together when we feel like it
About us and who we’re looking for:
We are a close house, but without obligations or fixed house nights (except your cleaning duty). We’re looking for someone who:
Is 21+
Is independent and tidy
Is social, but not looking for a party house
Preferably has lived independently before
We are both working and will also have to leave the house within a year. So we’re looking for someone staying for a similar period. Dutch or international — both are welcome.
