The property is conveniently located near the Woonboulevard shopping area. Shops and daily amenities are just a two-minute walk away. The main roads are also nearby, and the city centre can be reached within approximately 15 minutes. One of the three rooms in the property is rented by my ex-girlfriend’s daughter (18) and her boyfriend (22). Both are from Ukraine, work/study, and speak English/Dutch. Our dog Ellie is also regularly present in the property, as you can see in the video. Ellie is a very sweet dog, but she can sometimes feel a little nervous around men. Therefore, I prefer female tenants. It would be nice if you love dogs and feel comfortable living in a home with a dog.
