Takes good care of the property and its facilities;

Is willing to take responsibility for keeping shared areas clean and tidy;

Meets financial commitments and consistently pays rent on time;

Is looking for a proper home for a longer period;

Does not have any pets.

We consider mutual respect and a good understanding between residents important. This does not mean that everyone needs to socialise or spend time together, but rather that everyone is considerate of others and contributes to a pleasant shared living environment.

The Property and Location

The property is situated in the historic city centre of Utrecht, in the middle of the shopping district. Almost all everyday amenities are within immediate reach.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport are just a short walk away. Utrecht Central Station is also easily accessible on foot.

The property does not have a garden or other outdoor space.

Parking directly outside the property is not possible. Brief stops for loading and unloading are permitted.

Registration at the residential address is possible.

The rental price is inclusive of utilities and other applicable costs.
