About the place

Due to my current housemate moving in with their partner, a room will become available as of March 1st. It concerns a 10 m² room in a ground-floor apartment, located in the Zuilen district (Utrecht). The room is available from March 1st until July 1st.
The apartment consists of three rooms, including two bedrooms and a living room. In addition, you will have access to a kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a small garden. Adjacent to the garden is a storage shed, where you can store your belongings. The house is fully equipped with all necessary facilities.
The room can also be taken over furnished, by mutual agreement.

If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to contact me. It may even be possible to move in earlier, by arrangement. The rental period runs until July 1st, as I will be leaving the apartment then. However, you can always discuss with the landlord the possibilities of extending your stay.
