Surroundings: Rijnlaan in the Rivierenwijk, 7 minutes by bike to the old city centre. 10 minutes to Utrecht Central Station. 4 minutes to Vaartse Rijn Station. Bus stop in front of the house, supermarket 7 minutes' walk away. 
Near the trendy district Museumkwartier and it's old canals and the square Ledig Erf with the cinema Louis Hartloper Complex which is loaded with nice terraces, restaurants and the oldest shopping street of Utrecht the Twijnstraat.
The room: 14 square m2 with a french balcony. Is offered fully furnished, including bedding and towels. The shared areas are spacious and include living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. There is secure bicycle parking. We live in a quiet area and I would like to keep it that way, so no continuous visitors. Also please no smokers.
No subletting possible.

Looking for: I am a young landlady (25 years old student) renting out two rooms of her own house, offering a secure and safe house. I am looking for a calm, clean responsible female exchange student in Utrecht. I want to rent the rooms out for a maximum of two years. I would like someone that is independent but would also like to have a beer sometimes or a movie night. I am Dutch myself and I am willing to show you around Utrecht and give you help getting started.
